Long history of buying this. Love it. Still love it, but not happy about the design change with the base. Hard to grab off my closet shelf and just as much fun returning it to the stored space. Previous ones made it easy to grab the base from my closet shelf. Nothing to grab on to. Awkward. Hoping one of these times it I grab it or return it back to its spot that it drops and gets damaged. The product itself works great. Make plenty of meals (soup, chili, stew, etc.) in it. Love the convenience of tossing everything in and walking away. Coming back hrs later to a wonderful smell through out my home. And a meal ready to serve.

I like that it comes with a carrying bag and 2 different lids. I was expecting it to be a a bit bigger maybe in length. Go for potlucks!

Not as good as the old ones. This is my third of these crockpots. I like that they lift off and you can use the griddle. I like that you can heat it up before you put it on the base and you are already starting with warm food. Iβm not such a fan of this one because of the shape as opposed to oval as well as the fact it makes odd noises occasionally/seems like the base and the crock do not properly sit together

I love West Bend ! The lightest crock pot you will ever use ! I’ve used this for a lot of different meals on stove or on the base. Heating up food on stove top helps with saving dishes . It comes with a nice case, too.

Have not had an opportunity to us the slow cooker yet but other West Bend appliances I have had have performed very well.

I love this slow cooker as much as I do the older one I have. They only thing i found wrong is it has a popping or crackling noise. Like if you put a pot that is wet on the stove eye and it pops/crackles. I have use this twice and both times it had this noise. It is aggravating but it didn’t effect the cooking. I was at home all day when i was using it and it was crackling off and on the entire time.

This is the second slow cooker I have owned. My other one is over 30 years old. Food was starting to stick. I cook a lot of one pot dishes in my cooker. I use it weekly. I love my slow cooker and the meals it cooks. Hope this one last 30 years.
