The handles were a “little” difficult, but. I was able to screw them on single handed.I really like the stylish and classy look. It is energy efficient and the noise level could be lower, but, it’s tolerable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Three of the four screws for the doors took some time but no major problem. The fourth screw hole (on the inside) was too large and the screw head went through that hole and we could not back it out. We had to saw off the end of the screw and let it drop inside the door. Of course then we had to go to the hardware store to find another screw. Given that two hour project, we like the look and so far the function of the cooler appears to be good. We will definitely keep it!Gave it an overall 4 because the door installation needs improvement.

I love the wine fridge the way it looks and itβs performance but the handles were impossible to put on weβve had it a little over a week we still havenβt gotten the second handle screwed on and lost one of the screws inside the door very poor design in that area. They did not send any extra screws so one more thing to figure out not thrilled

I am disappointed on the quality of this cooler, especially the handles.First, as many have pointed out, attaching the handles is very difficult, especially for one person. Whoever thought of this consumer unfriendly design? Having to peel the door seal all the way back with one hand while trying to align the handle screw with the other is frustratingly difficult. Why not attach the handles like is done on virtually all refrigerators? Also, one of the handles had the extension that attaches to the door reversed so it would not align with the attachment screws. So I had to disassemble the handle and put it back together so it would work. And to make matters worse, one of the stops inside the door frame that keeps the handle screw from protruding too far outside of the door was broken. So pulling on the handle just pulls the screw out. I have written Wine Enthusiast about that asking for a fix or an exchange.Second, the unit was missing one of the wine rack shelves. I have requested that the missing shelf be sent to me.Third, the quick start instructions were for a different model. The touch controls on the door are different from the instruction sheet. A little trial and error got to the right settings, but that is just careless on the part of the seller.Fourth, the unit is pretty loud. Not a problem for me since it is not near our bedroom or family room, but it is louder than our refrigerator.Fifth, while the unit cools down quickly when it is empty, it takes forever (as in overnight) to cool down when you fill it with room temperature wine bottles (like a newly purchased case). But it does eventually cool down in both zones and maintains the temperature in each zone very well until you open the door and put in more bottles. If the seller can come up with a solution for the door handle issue or exchange the unit, I will keep it. Otherwise it will go back for a refund and I will buy something else.

The product came way ahead of schedule and was packaged extremely well and protected, which I appreciated as the box was damaged when it arrived. The actual unit is sturdy, beautifully built, and has very bright temperature readings and the internal lights are dim but provide enough light I guess. The size is truly only for Bordeaux shaped bottles and fits two side by side snuggly. The noise of the machine is what I do not like. It is way noisier than my fridge and clicks on and off constantly it seems. On for 3-5 mins, off for 3-5 mins, on for 3-5 mins, off for 3-5 mins. It is a little annoying, but the wine stays chilled and I am overall happy with my product choice.

I like the separately controlled Temps for red/white wines & it is pretty quiet, but I’m hearing some buzzing & clicking noises when the compressor kicks on & I’m a little apprehensive because of it. Hope I don’t a bad unit 2 weeks out of the box!
Amazon Customer –
The cooler arrived earlier than expected. It looks cool, the color, the door. During installation, one door was missing a screw. After the cooler starts running, I could hear the noice similar to my 20 year old refridgerator. I understand this product uses compressor, but I wasn’t expect that kind of noice. When both doors are closed and both zones are set to same temperature, why does the compressor continues to run? The temperature setting is also not user friendly. I wasn’t able to set the temp until read the manual. Hold the lock! For such a simple product, setting temp should be as easy as pushing the +/-. The panel is also different from the one posted on Amazon. It has has lock, light, temp, +, and -. Overall it is a good one at slightly higher price ( wish around $400). Let’s see if it lasts. I heard dual zone doesn’t last as long as single zone.

Double doors. Separate cooling on each side. Bottles store efficiently. VERY quiet.
